This small “u” is the secret ingredient to it all. The “u” is your uniqueness. When things are specifically calculated for you, the results takes place immediately. If for example you want to lose body fat, then you have to be in a caloric deficit, that is a unique number based upon your current state, your BMR and your PAL.
