Get very clear on your why!
If you have a clear why, you can do anything, go through hell, cross mountains and fight your demons!

I remember being sick in my soul, not wanting to get out of bed in the morning, heavy in my body and fat (25 kg plus) smoking and drinking my sorrows away.

Until one day I asked myself: “Is this what you want to show your daughter?”

“That you let one man and terrible circumstances destroy you?
Or you show her that we stand up and fight!”

For my kids I would do anything you see, so I found my BIG clear why.

I stopped all my bad habits and collected new healthy ones. I set a big delicious goal that made me lick my lips in delight and also made me laugh, yep laugh out loud for the first time in years. I trained like hell (I still do) Oh yes I found my happiness there in the gym lifting heavy weights, with the kg getting of me and my muscles waking up after what felt like a 1000 years sleep.

I got so into it that I searched for more answers and ended up becoming a personal trainer, a sports nutritionist and a health coach.

I now do what I love the most, namely helping other people reach their goals; the most fulfilling job ever!

So put up a fight for what you love, the journey will take you places you don’t even dare to dream of , it happens every time a client set a fitness/health goal and start losing the pounds. It’s like an awakening and the success start to spread in all other areas in your life.

So get clear on your why!

Potential clients always start out asking when is the best time to start, and come up with a whole list of what is stopping them. The conditions are always difficult or impossible. I remember not finding enough time for anything, not having the money, being too ashamed of being too fat and too out of shape, not being able to pack a gym bag, without missing the essential stuff (single mom three kids too many bags to get ready in the morning). But I did it anyway, red in my head with my glasses falling and the wrong arm in the air! I now wear contacts, I am in my best shape ever and well it’s great to feel pro, I reached my dream body goal, and the best part of it all is the energy, the happiness that I feel.
So the best time to start is always now. Conditions will never be right. You make them turn out right.

Yeah you, just do it and do it now. I know you can.
