You don’t stumble upon a happy life, you create it

Focus on the things that sets your soul on fire and get to where you want to be in life. Only you know what makes you happy, and if you don’t it’s time to meditate upon it and find out. It’s time to notice what brings sparks out in your eyes. It’s time to find out what relaxes you, what opens you up and what feels exciting. It can be tricky, because you may get all sparks in your eyes when you think of that dream body you want and how happy it will make you to achieve it, but you don’t really feel like training in the moment, you are tired, feeling a bit sick, maybe you have your period, tons of excuses are getting in the way between you and that dream of yours. The thing is, if you do the training and thereby move a bit closer to your goal, you get happy right there, from day one, because you know you are on the right track. The thing is if you stick to your nutritional plan and get stronger and healthier, that gives you so much more, than what an instant pleasure might give you in the moment. Moving towards your best version adds to your energy level and your feel good hormones daily. Getting closer and closer to your optimal health and peak performance fills you with such good vibes. This is your base for everything else, you see, because you have charged your batteries and you are ready for it all. Your amazing energy and drive, is more catchy than anything else. You think that dream body is it, you know it’s great, but the best of it all is that spark in your eyes, that enthusiasm, that alive and kicking feeling.
