We are all unique; we all start at different stages in our lives with different health and training histories, as well as with our own special goals.

In order to create the results you crave with you, I go in and look at all the different factors that are at play and I create a specific training program tailor-made for your needs and goals

How do we do this, we gat all your specific details down, measurements, body fat percentage, BMR, PAL, BMI, your current health and health history, your current training or lack thereof, your training history, your work load, your stress management, your sleeping and eating patterns, as well as your biological age.

In order for your personally designed training program to work and give you RESULTS, it has to fit your life situation; we will make it work for you and find a way to get your training down no matter what, except if you have fever!
